Victoria Secret Diet 2 Week Challenge




Hello everyone! This New Year I wanted loose all my holiday weight. In June I went on vocation to California. You know when you go on vocation you usually eat what you want. I never got off the vocation mode when i returned home. I gained about 20 pounds. Speaking truthfully I am not happy with my current weight. I watching a YouTube Video by Gabi DeMartino. I seen the Victoria Secret one, and I wanted to try it.  Hopefully these two weeks go by fast.
I found out online the Victoria Secret diet of Adriana Lima diet. This includes drinking 2 liters of water per day. You cut the fried things, cookies, bread, pasta, and sugars. It also mentions to go to bed from 10pm-6am.


Day One
-Banana Smoothie
-Water 
-Plain Spinach salad (no dressing)
-Steamed veggies

Day Two
-Vanilla yogurt with granola
-Water and go yogurt
-Salad with dressing with onions, and cheese
- Chipotle salad with chicken, beans, a little cheese

Day Three
-Banana smoothie
-Peanut butter and celery
-Water
-Salad with honey mustard, onions, avocado
-Half pork-chop with steamed veggies

Day Four 
-Banana smoothie
-Trail Mix
-Salad with dressing
-Trail Mix
-Avocado with turkey bacon

Day Five
-Spinach Smoothie 
-Trail Mix
-Salad with honey Mustard
-Go yogurt
-Dions Turkey salad

Day Six
-Egg soup
-Banana smoothie
-Avocado Tostada 
-Salad 
-Water

Day Seven
- Banana Smoothie
-Homemade chicken soup with squash, carrots, and celery
-Turkey bacon
-Water 


Day Eight
-Hot chocolate with a banana
-Go yogurt
-Plain salad with honey mustard

Day Nine
-Yogurt with fruit and two piece of turkey bacon
-Banana
-Salad with avocado and onions
-Steamed veggies

Day Ten
-Banana smoothie
-Apple
-Steamed veggies
-Plain salad with berries
-Green tea

Day Eleven
-Spinach Smoothie
-Yogurt with granola
-Salad with cheese, onions, avocado, tomatoes, and nuts.
-Steamed veggies

Day Twelve 
-Egg soup
-Seamed veggies with fish
-Salad with avocado

Day Thirteen
-Banana smoothie
-Yogurt with granola
-Fruit Salad
-Salad with ham
-Green tea

Day Fourteen (last day)
-Banana Smoothie
-Steamed Veggies
-Chipotle salad with veggies, black beans, a little cheese, and guacamole
-Green Tea


Let me start off saying these two weeks were the most hardest. I don't miss the junk food just the sweets. I am addicted to sour candy and pies. I lost about  6 lbs.
