My Adventure in California
Ello. It's been extremely long since the lasted time I blogged. It's been 2 months to be exact. So I am just going to go with the flow on this blog since I am a little rusty. I am going to share the places that I loved from California with all you beautiful people. I went on vacation to California for an entire week. I will have to say I was so excited to to leave for a week but then I started to miss my home and my parents. Anyways on with the exciting blog not the emotional one. :)
The first place I went to that absolutely loved was Santa Monica Pier. It was unreal and I finally did something that I wanted to do which was ride the West Coaster. At first I was very a excited to go on the West Coaster but the closer I got I started to get nervous. It really didn't help that the guy worker was making a joke that the seat belt was broken. After the ride ended my sandal got caught on something and it literally broke as I got out. --Rest In Peace Gold Sandal :( --
Venice Beach was so cold when I arrived there but may I have to say that the view was worth it. I enjoyed getting my feet wet and half my dress. Let's just say I thought wearing a dress to the beach would be cute but it wasn't. My family and I decided to rent out bikes and ride them to Santa Monica Pier. At first I tried to ride the bike but my dress kept going up every peddle I did. So I decided to get my hair tie and tie my dress from the back to the front. This was the best idea I had.. It worked out for the rest of the bike ride.
Here comes the best two days of my life! One day at California Adventure and the the other day at Disneyland. I am going to try to keep short and sweet. Let's start with California Adventure. Cars land was amazing just like the movies. I ate Flo's cafe which was so amazing. They also had A Bugs Life attractions. My absolute favorite was the Little Mermaid- Ariel's Undersea Adventure. I have no pictures to post of because I was taking video's but you can hear my not so wonderful singing voice in the background. Now for Disneyland. The one place I wanted to see again was my favorite princess was Aurora. I loved the little story telling walk-through castle. I highly recommend that one if you love Princess Aurora like I do. The Splash Mountain ride was freaking amazing but I did it at night so I spent the rest of the night freezing. Tomorrowland was amazing, it had the Buzz lightyear game and the Star Wars ride. I am just going to stop here with Disney because I can go for hours with this topic.
The next day I went to check out the Los Angeles Museum of The Holocaust. My sister is a major history lover so she was excited about it. I am one that is not a history lover but I enjoyed it very much. After this one we went to the Peterson Museum. This one was super cool. I got to see the car that the great Leonardo Dicaprio uses for the Great Gatsby. I also seen the car from Christine and Batman. The last tourist thing I did was visit the LACMA to see the Urban Lights. I thought these lights were super cool and of course me being the tourist that I am I took many pictures in front them.
Aside from seeing tourist sites, I got see family from over there. That's always the best. I had the most wonderful time in California. I would love to visit it again soon. Anyways I just glanced at the clock and it's for bed. So as I always tell everyone Nanite.
