How to Make a Green Smoothie?



I love to make smoothies in the mornings or just after an extreme workout. At this current I have been currently obsessed with this green smoothie that I have been making after my workout or just any time of day. Something about smoothies are just so refreshing. Many people have asked what do I drink after a workout since my weight loss. I am going to share with my own recipe on how I make my green smoothie.  So let's get started!! :)





----What you Need----

Spinach or Kale (3 handfuls)
Strawberries (1 cup chopped)
Cold Water (2 cups)
1/4 cup of Vanilla Yogurt
1 Tbsp of Chia Seeds

----Procedure----

1. I wash my spinach or kale and place it into the blender.
2. Start chopping the Strawberries into chunks and place them into blender.
3. Add the 2 cups of water in the blender  (you can put more or less)
4. Then add 1/4 cup of Vanilla Yogurt to the blender.
5. Add 1 Tbsp of Chia Seed.
6. Lastly blend the entire thing and pour into a cup and enjoy.
